3. Cut out the crown and hat along the black edge.

4- Glue rhinestones, glitter, sequins, or embellishments to the crowns to add some sparkle. Feel free to skip this step if glitter isn’t your thing.

5- Using a glue gun, glue the edge of the crown to your headband. I got my headbands at Wal-Mart, two for 88 cents.

6- Fold the crown into a cone, and glue along the edge.

7- Using sharp scissors, or a hole punch, punch a hole on each side of the cone hat.

8- Slide your headband through the holes. You may use elastic or ribbon instead of the headband, but I found the head band is easier to wear.

9- Add a sparkly pom pom to the top of your cone shaped hat with your glue gun.

10- Give your trendy hats and crowns to each party guest.

11- Have a great time ringing in the new year in style!

  2. Welcome, Holly! I am a printable hoarder, so I’m so excited to see this post. Thanks! Is there a particular weight of cardstock that is better than another for this project or will scrapbook style do?

  3. So clever- love these Holly!!!

  4. The file says it is damaged

    • Hi Annabelle, I am sorry I missed your comment the other day. I’ve downloaded both files several times and cannot replicate the issue. I am sorry you had trouble!
