When I think of Mardi Gras, I think gaudy, overdone, New Orleans. When I think of New Orleans, I can't help but think of sinfully delicious food! One of my favorite sweets is a pecan praline. New Orleans happens to be the birthplace of the praline. If you've never had one of these southern treats, you must try one. They are divine!!
