Telling share…
One of the things I love most about being a blogger is being among the first to learn about new products and share them with my friends. Why? I dunno. Maybe because it makes me feel kinda cool with the six-year-old set?
My friend Kami’s children have been lucky enough to test the prototype for a fun new piece of children’s furniture for kids ages three to 12, called the Chest-R-Desk and I am excited to be among the first to get to share it publicly.
Check Kami’s adorable son Aiden showing off the piece…
Ok. Tell me that this sturdy little piece of furniture wouldn’t be perfect in the corner of your craft room, office space, a bedroom or family living area?!
Sigh. This is where I confess to dreams of happily working in my studio with little ones crafting away at a little nostalgic looking children’s desk and humming a happy tune…Not going to happen, but nice thought right?
The name Chest-R-Desk really says it all. The chest is the perfect place for you your kids to hide store their homework, art supplies or toys, but it also functions so well as a chair. Transform it, and it becomes a great children’s desk.
Check out this awesome piece of children’s furniture in action:
What I like most about the desk though is how customizable it is. The piece comes in plain ivory and is just waiting for your creativity. Not interested in decorating it yourself? That’s okay. Each Chest-R-Desk comes with a number of decals your kids can use to jazz it up.
The Chest-R-Desk is available for purchase just in time for Christmas, but be sure to get your order in early. Shipping takes one to two weeks.
I would sure appreciate it if you’d help us spread the word of this great company by heading over and “liking” their page on Facebook.
Thanks for indulging my quick share…It’s time to showcase a few favorite projects!
Show and Tell Highlights
It’s always so hard for me to pick my favorite posts. What’s crazy is that this last week there were actually fewer posts linked up than normal and I still can’t narrow it down!
Here are a few favorites…
(Okay Crystal. Stop with the delicious looking linkups. You’re going to kill me!) Delicious chocolate peppermint cupcakes from A Pumpkin and A Princess.
As long as we’re talking cupcakes, check out these delicious looking apple pie cupcakes from Life Made Simple.
I had fun featuring all sorts of great ways to use leftover Halloween candy the other day. Here’s another great recipe from Six Sisters – M&M cookie pie.
With Utah’s crazy weather, I am always looking for ways to get warm. Especially in the mornings. I love these cute little DIY pocket handwarmers from Practically Functional. Don’t they look cozy?
And now I am skipping straight to Christmas…
You simply MUST check out these amazingly gorgeous hand painted Christmas dish towels from Design Dining and Diapers.
Over and Todd and Lindsey you can find a ruffled tree skirt made out of a bedsheet.
And I love this ruffled tree skirt made out of chevron fabric from The Crafty Blog Stalker.
Thanks so very much for sharing your awesome posts! If you’d like, please feel free to grab a “featured” button for your site!
