This Saturday Share is brought to you from Outer Banks, North Carolina, where I have been attending Click Retreat.
I may not be halfway across the world, but this trip has been enough of a mid-month adventure for me. After a full day of travel, we arrived to the island in the midst of a crazy storm that decided to stick around for a bit, a lightening strike that hit the electricity pole at the house and no power and (OH NO!) internet! The lack of connection really provided me with the opportunity to focus on the “here and now.”
I am generally pretty good about putting down my device and focusing on relationships, but I don’t always allow for the quiet I need to just think about what I am doing, where I am at and what I want. Make sense? I was lucky enough to have the time to record some of those thoughts with pen and paper and I am excited to incorporate them into my Project Life pages.
Speaking of Project Life, I conspired with the powers that be to share Project LIfe materials with the photographers at this event. Even better? We persuaded (though I don’t think it took much effort) Ali Edwards to host a session on Project Life-style memory keeping.
I am curious. Who inspires you?
I’d love to see some of your memory keeping pages. Feel free to link up your latest and greatest whether it’s on a blog, Instagram, Pinterest or another online medium.
