It’s time to gear up for SNAP! 2013 ticket sales and general event planning. There’s so much I would LOVE to share…I am terrible at keeping secrets! Gah!
In addition, we’ve been trying to get in some last minute fun before school starts in a couple of weeks.
There was a little celebration held in honor of National S’mores Day on Friday…
Then this on Saturday I was able to spend some time with a couple of lovely friends – Emily and Steph - before heading to the city’s annual hot air balloon festival…
We’ve also been celebrating what has become something of a family tradition. Shark Week! Do you watch?
On a tad bit more serious note, some health issues have caused me to slow down. If I am a bit behind on emails (and when am I not), please understand that I will get back to you as soon as possible!

I feel so very lucky to have amazingly talented friends. One lovely lady who amazes me with nearly every project (I am still holding out judgement on the future navajo-style living space), is Mandi from Vintage Revivals. Did you catch her color block duct tape art? Love it!

I’m not a crafty person although I did just finish building a new deck and got all new flooring upstairs in my house. And when I say I finished, I mean I hired other people to do it. Amy, I think the hardest part is admitting you have a problem. I have been dealing with some of these issues for a while and just haven’t wanted to do much about it…I don’t like doctors
